What sets Herbal Roots apart from hundreds of other supplement companies?

Whether you already take herbal supplements or are thinking about starting, how do you know which supplements are the best? And are there really differences between a turmeric supplement that is available from different brands?

The simple answer is YES.

The biggest and most important difference with Herbal Roots herbs supplements and other brands is that ours are 100% pure.

Meaning we do NOT add fillers, binders, sugars, or other ingredients that don't need to be in a supplement. The herbs we use in our supplements are organic.

High-quality Herbal Supplements

There are some high-quality herbal supplement companies out there, there are also companies that have profit margins as their paramount priority and this can result in you getting a product with sub-standard ingredients or additives and fillers which dilute the amount of the herb you are getting.

Supplement labels are required by law to list what active ingredients they contain and in what quantities. But if you look closely, you’ll notice a section called “Other Ingredients.” These ingredients do not have any quantities listed, nor is there any indication as to what they actually do.

We call these ingredients fillers and excipients. They all have a purpose, often optimizing the manufacturing process or binding the supplement together. But do you really need them in your supplements? The answer to this question is no.

What Are the Most Common Fillers and Excipients Used in Supplements?

  • Stearic Acid
  • Cellulose
  • Magnesium Stearate
  • Silicon Dioxide
  • Carrageenan
  • Potassium Sorbate
  • Titanium Dioxide
  • Artificial colors & flavors
  • Rice powder

Not all fillers and excipients are harmful, but you don’t need them either. Before purchasing a supplement, look closely at its "Supplement Facts", particularly the “Other Ingredients” section, and go with one that only uses proven-safe ingredients.

If you are taking an herbal supplement to improve your health, it is most beneficial to have as the ingredients, only the herb or herbs and herbal extracts that you are trying to take, and not have them diluted with fillers or worse have additives that have unknown interactions with the systems of the body.

Optimum health is a huge priority when it comes to formulating our supplements. Sometimes this may take longer to find the organic ingredients or may cost us more reducing our own profit margin. (Yes, this is taken into consideration as we are a business after all.) But at the end of the day what is most important to us is to provide you with the highest quality ingredients and the very best herbal supplements for maximum effectiveness and results.

Our care for your health is true and pure just like our herbal supplements.

Through responsible harvesting and ethical production of our supplements, we strive to be the #1 trusted source of herbal products for improved health.
